***** Iwyze Mutual insurer dont do access recovery

Be warned do not take Iwyze car insurance! Iwyze Car insurance that does not even bother to collect access from the person who caused the accident. No, me the long standing client of iwyze, gets to find out only when i want to be refunded my R4500 access that "Iwyze dont Do recovery of access, maam you will have to privately sort yourself out". Apparently the legal department of Iwyze included this clause in contracts and me the paying long term customer, get to find out like this. I dont remember hearing this clause when they were signing me up,otherwise i definately would not have sign over to Iwyze. Very ***** the way Iwyze is handling my case, and i am not taking it lying down!
