***** and Unfair Treatment

I was involved in an accident last year November. And in February my car was declared a write off and I was assured that my debt with the bank will be settled but I will have a shortfall of 16500 but little did I know that my entire debt wasn't settled instead I still owe the bank 48950 of which I called Iwyze on the 12/06/2018 I was told that Gugu Msibi (Consultant who assisted me) would call me back to explain to me how much was paid to the bank as they couldn't find my documents when they tried to check on their system. I even expressed the stress i went through with my claim up until I was told it was written off. I am even thinking of approaching the Small Claims Court to voice my Heartache and Stress I went through when dealing with you guys.
