DO NOT USE IWYZE INSURANCE THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND WILL REJECT YOUR CLAIM WITH A GENERIC RESPONSE

I was involved in a car accident on the 1 May 2019, it took this **** insurance 3 weeks before they could get an assessor to assess my car, in that time i got multiple notifications from the tracker telling that the car is being tampered with and that the battery has been disconnected. Eventually they do get an assessor, and my claim is rejected. I then tried to get the car back into my possession which took another month all in this time i continued to get notifications that the battery is being disconnected ans that is was being tampered with. I send an email asking why the claim was rejected only to get no response. They use a stalling tactic in order for them not to pay out, I have sent emails upon emails trying to get a response from them with no response further more they took it upon themselves to strip my car as it does not look the same as they possessed it. If you with this company leave before its too late, they are unprofessional, they take premiums in a heart beat but do not even respond when you have a grievance. Till this day in still trying to get a response from the claims department and nothing.
