Do Not Take Their Services - Iwyze

I took car insurance with them on the 23rd of October then i cancelled my policy literally the same day. THEIR policy states that i should get refund and within 14 BUSINESS DAYS, today is the 20th of November and i still have not received my premium refund. When i spoke to a consultant he said that the person who prococeserd my refund made a mistake and it will therefore take 14days from today for me to get my money back. Unfortunately it doesnt make sense to seek legal help because that would cost as much as what they must pay me back. If they cannot refund R2.4k in 14 days as promissed how can they payout a car insurance claim.
