DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH iWYZE!!

iWYZE claims to provide a hassle-free, stress-free and speedy claims process but it has taken FOUR WEEKS to get finality on my claim. They have sent us back and forth, and basically made us conduct our own investigations and gather all the relevant information for them while their consultants do nothing but add to the distress following the car accident. Each time we are told “this is the last step in the verification process” only to be told that there is an additional requirement each time we follow up. We have not received the courtesy of updates and are only updated when WE call them. We always ensure timely payment of premiums but this is how you treat your customers when we need your help!? I am so disappointed by your service. Because of your delays you have put us out of pocket for four weeks, having to pay for alternative forms of transport while our car sits outside at the panel beaters gathering dust.
