DO NOT INSURE WITH IWYZE!!!!!!

Absouletly astonished by the lack of service from Iwyze. i have a minor accident on December 24th. i filled out their online claim request the minute i got home from the police station that very same day. i was not contacted but i gave them the benefit of the doubt considering the public holidays. on the 27th i called in to report my claim. i was contacted by the assessor and provided all relevant pics and info they requested. it is now the 9th of Jan, i have not been contacted once by iwyze to update me regarding my claim. i have been requesting info via email and telephone since the 30th December. all i get told is that they are still validating my claim. according to Lebo, who handled my claim, they received the last of the info they needed on 31 dec which was the AR. i cannot understand what the delay is!! absolutely pathetic!! i will never advise anyone to use them!!! rest assured i will be moving to someone else as well!
