DO NOT Fall victim to this terrible insurance.

I had full comprehensive cover with Iwyze including household contents. They promised the world until time to claim. I had a legitimate house break-in claim with evidence and proof of purchase, police reports and pictures of the break-in. The consultants don't have direct numbers and do not respond to updates. Even if you register a claim on the wyzehub portal nothing happens until you decide to phone them and hold on for 30 minutes. Bervin Hammond never returns calls or emails. They cancelled my insurance for spurious reasons on a recent car accident and then decided they are not going to process the legitimate house brake in claim. Even before the outcome of my rejection of the claim they had already asked for the spare keys and the car was at an auction house, clearly they had no intention of assisting. I have other products with Old Mutual for a long time and I think its time to move to other insurers with reputation. DO NOT fall into their traps.
