Do not donate your money to Iwyze. Be warned
Horrible, pathetic, ************, everything. No service at all. And they will push you from pillar to post, then reject your claim three months later. Return your car stripped to the bare minimum.

15 Sept 2022, 17:45Thank you very much for taking the time to respond. I have already wrote to claim objections and didn't even get an automated response until Iwyze was contacted by the short term insurance ombudsman.
This is one of three responses that I have received from Iwyze out of countless reviews and direct emails. Worse, I would call and be made to hold until I ran out of airtime on average 30 minutes and nobody would call back except for one Nonhlanhla Ndlovu who did call back.
I have asked for the call recordings which Iwyze said were available on request and to date I am yet to receive a simple acknowledgement of the request.
I do thank Iwyze for the painful lesson that I shall never forget.
