Do not be mislead, they do not pay out as promised

I had joined iwyze gap cover 5 years ago. Last year (2018) I had to undergo major surgery for a life threatening condition. I had a follow up in March this year, it has been over a year since I had logged my first claim, I spent tens of thousands of rands on medical care that wasn't covered by my medical aid, which they refuse to pay me back. Their service is so pathetic, they keep sending me from pillar to post to avoid any commitment. I am so disappointed as I have paid years of premiums just In case I would be in this situation, but it was a waste of money because they have paid me absolutely nothing and will not even contact me to explain what's going on. Disgusting
