Dissatisfied, want my money back

I am still waiting for their response which I couldn't see a they claimed to have responded to me privately... I tried many many times to look for that response but it is nowhere to be found, they are just pretending to have responded and hide behind privacy. All that they're interested in is to collect our monies and always remind us to pay if one didn't. What they can't do is to satisfy their clients I repaired my car after they claimed to have repaired it and I want my money back still fix some of the unfixed arts in my car
