Dissatisfaction with Iwyze upliftment department

I had a good experience with claims department but wait for upliftment department. It been two weeks going back and forth with Iwyze insurance to get my car to the panel beaters. If we pay premiums, we buy service not self service as I am the one checking up with them and the panel beaters. I don't see myself recommending Iwyze to someone else.
