Dissapointed in iWyze,
I insured my new Nissan Qashqai acenta with iwyze in November 2018 but unfortunately I got involved in an accident in December 2018 where I nearly lost my life. When I registered a claim they only finally responded in January 2020,the ombudsman turning down my claim citing the speed of my car as the reason without providing me with satisfactory response of how they got the speed they allege I was driving at, since the tracker company informed them that there was no monitoring device installed in that car so they could not tell the speed of the car and there was no camera, they said they downloaded the information from the management control unit of the tar,for which I consulted Nissan south africa who said there was no possibility of getting speed from that unit so they should provide me with a speed printout from that unit which they could not provide. I also recently decided to cancel the insurance of my other cars with them since now i'm convinced that old mutual iwyze is not prepared to comply with its obligations of paying the insured. I am still considering getting a lawyer to represent me.thank you Dr Ntshobane
