Disrespectful staff

I had clicked 'yes' to get a call back for car and home insurance by mistake and sure enough I got a call back but I decided to take the call anyway.

At the beginning of this call I stated to this salesperson that I am just looking at prices for now and we continued to the credentials, when he eventually gave me a price I said that k you and I would get back to them once I'm decided, the salesman became persistent which is okay as he is a salesman, after my third time telling him no and that I will call when I am ready he began harassing me to take this insurance and asking me why I don't want to take it and telling me that I need to answer him, I said to him I am not obligated to take this insurance I am not obligated to give him a reason as to why I'm not taking it as it is my money that will be paying for this insurance, he continued to harass me into taking this insurance and we argued until we hung up on each other.

This is unprofessional and pathetic from such a reputable company and a company that is so big in this country. Iwyze you need to really look into the people you hire
