Disgusting service IWYZE PROMO CLAIM CASH BACK!!

Been claiming on the iwyze promo annually where if they cant beat your current car premium like Outsurance, They pay u cash back. Ive waited a full year ,last claim 5th May 2021 . I even checked as recently as 3 to4 week's ago the promo was STILL on!! Spoke to a few consultants incl Mangesi to confirm this. Today to my disgust when i went on the online chat i was told the PROMO IS NO MORE!!!! A ridiculous explanation was given and despite numerous requests to speak to a marketing/sales MANAGER i was totally ignored. Im HEART broken!!!
