Disgusting service Iwyze insurance

I am beyond disgusted with Iwyze. I had a car accident in September and was admitted in hospital. They kept on demanding documents from my uneducated father and expecting me to be signing and prioritising signing documents while I was fighting for my life in hospital. They rejected the claim saying we’re being non compliant. And the investigator was so rude on 3 accounts he spoke to me and my dad. His name was Kreban Govender. We phone every week trying to reopen the claim and they say they will get back to us and never. Iwyze is so disgusting I wanna go to their offices and swear all of them.
