Disgusting claims handling

We have had a claim with IWyze for three weeks now and nothing has happened on the claim. All information was provided to them but they just could not be bothered, nobody is following up with us and when we call them all we get is excuses.

Cannot wait for them to come back to us so we can move on from them. HORRIBLE
