Disgusted in your service!!!
I am really disappointed in the service i received thus far. I moved to Iwyze the end of 2019 from another insurance service provider after receiving a cheaper quote from them. Never again will I compromise after i received such bad service from them. My garage door blew off due to strong winds on the 27.06.2020 i called the call center and selected the home emergencies option. My call was answered by the call center agent which then just captured the claim but at no way was my claim being prioritized regardless of it being an emergency. Not only has my garage door blown off but it also caused damaged to my vehicle! I am not putting in separate claims for my car and garage door as the cause of the car being damaged was due to the garage door that blew off! My vehicle and household insurance is with Iwyze. I am really disappointed as now my property is open for theft to take place complete invasion of privacy, I am sure a huge organization like Iwyse must have people able to assist after hours if you have that emergency option available to your clients. I was advised to wait till Monday...unacceptable I am sorry this is just not enough! I am seriously beyond frustrated!
Logged a claim telephonically and on the Iwyze Hub.
Pathetic, Garage is now standing open inviting ********* in. Car is exposed to ********* as well.

NO Repsonse received since Saturday 27th June.. Disgusting service offered by Old Mutual Iwyze.
Spoke to *** as well and was advised i need to register a new claim for my vehicle. Although the building was the cause of my car being damaged.
Pathetic and unprofessional service received thus far.
