Disgrace to insurance companies

My saga with iwyze continues. After finally approving my claim after almost a month of back and forth, the panel beaters have called to inform me they have added “additionals”to my repairs. They’ve sent an email and have also tried contacting iwyze to approve with no response and I’ve tried the same too on my side but no response. They are a disgrace to insurance companies and I warn anyone seeking to take insurance from them. At this rate it will be ages before I get my car sorted.
