DISGRACE, ****S Insurers

My car was involved in an accident on the 12/10/2019 My claim has not been approved they do not update me unless I call them

I am tired already with their service I do not think that i will continue with them in the future

I am on a 3rd week and apparently they senior investigator was only appointment now then need to go to the accident seen

And he is busy asking me my relationship with my fiancee which I told him that was not part of the contract

I was told to bring back the rental car on the 5th which i doubt my car will be done by then
