Disappointing service!

The service when you need them the most is appalling. We have been with Iwyze since 20222 and had never put in a claim. Premiums paid religiously but when the unfortunate happens and we need to claim, they take a full month to approve on condition that we pay thrice the access!! It doesn’t make any sense why we have to pay half the price of what the panel beater has charged for the job. Very disappointing and discriminatory!! Our claim reference number: ***
