Disappointing service

I have insure my furniture with iywze, it is very unfortunate that when you claim you can only buy from shops of their choice. To replace items with can not be found in this shop working with them you must know that iywze does not cover them you have to use your cash while you are insured. If you ask for the money to be credited they don't care how much the items you need to buy cost they tell you want the feel you must get.
