Disappointing ethics

So Iwyze says they will pay you if they can't be your premium, the 2 star is for their competitiveness and showing they mean business. However they could not better my premium at the end of the day and they called me to get my banking details so they could pay me and said the money would be in 5 to 7 working days, it's been 2 weeks and I didn't receive any payment this makes me really wonder if their trustworthy and reliable when they fail to keep their promise, this leaves a big doubt in my mind about their service and to ever consider doing business with them.
