Disappointing

Regarding the claim below,after exchange of communication between me and my insure an agreement was reached to fix all the damages in my vehicle.Due to the pendimic there were some delayes I eventually received my vehicle,only to find that the assessor did not approve all the repairs that i was assured they are already approved.I have insurance with iwyze incase of accidents my vehicle will be fixed,for my vehicle to be given back to me in that type of condiction it's in breaks my heart.Service provider even me your assessor even suggested they find second hand parts to fix my vehicle.Is this the type of service iwyze is offering to their customers,who pay their hard earned cash ever month only to be ripped of when it's time for you pay to what you promised.I am even ashamed to drive my car anywhere so I dont to explain the *****s used to hold my bumper,I wont even get to the state of the wheel arch the clips are hanging as the broke during the incident they cant be clipped back on again.
