Disappointed with Iwyze car insurance

I'm highly disappointed in Iwyze vehicle insurance. I have been waiting for my car to be repaired for almost 4 months now. I have been making follow up with the panelbeater and I get story after story. Even Iwyze failed to make follow up after I asked them to interven. No the car is said to be at assembly and it has been discovered that the assessor did not identify all the parts that needed replacement. Now I must wait for parts to be ordered. No time frames are given whatsoever.
