Disappointed customer!!!

I am very disappointed at iwyze, they definitely don't practice what they preach. There service is very poor!!! I have been paying my premiums up to date never once have I missed a payment yet in time of needs they become ******. My claim has been declined they claiming that I did not stop at the robot they not even interested in my side of the story!!! If u had known better.
