DISAPPOINTED

I did an online quote for my brand new vehicle which needed insurance. THAPELO MAOENG from sale department called me to complete the quote as there was an error on the online quote. 1st thing I asked Thapelo was does Iwyez offer credit short fall and he said YES and I advised him to continue, which we continued with the quote. Thapelo asked me if I would like credit shortfall to be included on my policy and I said Yes and he asked me if I would like car hire to be included as well and I said yes and he asked me what group car hire and I told him as long as its a vehicle and it has wheels. Thapelo gave me the premium of R1145.43 which includes credit shortfall, car hire and legal aid policy, I was honestly shocked on the premium and I kept on asking him over and over if credit shortfall and car hire are added and he kept on saying yes. I even asked him for us to go back and recheck if he did add them indeed and he kept on saying yes, even when I told him I had a resent claim in March and he assured me that credit shortfall, car hire and legal aid are included on the insurance policy cover and he will send me the confirmation of cover for me to collect the vehicle from the dealership which he did send. Over the weekend I went through my policy schedule to make sure that everything is on order and to my surprise credit shortfall cover and car hire was not added on the Policy and I called in spoke to Tshiamo in the customer service who advised me that he will send an email to his TM and they will hive me feedback and im still awaiting that feedback. I wondering is this how Iwyze portrays themselves towards their brand? Im really disappointed with Thapelo Maoeng as he was sincere only to find out he is just a *****. I need a call between me and Thapelo Maoeng to be listened to and for someone to call me so I can cancel my Iwyze Policy and go back to Absa idirect its expensive, but cheaper its not always good...
