Disappointed
I didn't know about this thing called betterment. Fine I accepted that above the normal access there will be extra R2500 for betterment. But on collection of the car I'm told the betterment is R3300. I am trying every now and then to get hold of the insurance so they can explain this to me. No one is addressing me.
