Did not receive my Cash back rewards

Im due for Claim free cash back , I received email that It will be paid in my account on the 31-11-2018, but till today I did not receive the payment. I called Iwyze 3times and they always tell me they will investigate and call me back, but the dont call me back.

I spoke to Dwain_ one of the team leaders ( not sure if my spelling is correct) he promised to call me back , and he did not call back

I feel like they are playing hide and seek now.......if I dont get my rewards back I will make sure I take it further with the lawyers as I feel like they are robbing me.

Im not happy at all with the service they are giving me.
