Despicable Service from Old Mutual iWyze

On the 31st of October i was involved in an accident and iWyze rejected my claim. I have since logged a dispute of the the rejection which was done on the 22nd of November and to date i havent received and feedback or correspondence from iWyze. I sent a couple of emails to the claim objections and no one is even acknoledfing anything. I believe the claim rejection was unfair and to add to this frustration is the bad service they are rendering now when it comes to processing my dispute.I have other covers with Old Mutual and now i am considering cancelling them because of this horrible customer service
