Delayed Panelbeaters revised quote approval

My partner took out a car insurance policy in March 2020, he made a claim in August 2020 the claim was approved, now the approved quote from the Lebowa Panelbeaters was revised and sent last week Monday 12.10.2020 since they found more damages within the car. Since then, the car has not been fixed since the Lebowa Panelbeaters awaits approval from iwyze claims team/assessor regarding the new quote.

The premium is being debited on a monthly basis, yet when it comes to providing service or approvals they will drag their feet since it does not affect them however. How can one stays for 2weeks without a car, while it's a daily use to them, it's time and money consuming.
