Delayed claims process

I keep sitting in long phonecall queues trying to follow up on a claim submitted on the 18th of December with no help. They keep telling me to wait for a call from Neo Mokhele who still hasn't called me, this is so exhausting. I wish you could approach claims with the same energy you use to recruit clients
