Delay in payments

My claim was approved on the 25th of November but the issue now is that the approved panel beaters dont have my car yet as its still by auto rust panel beaters where it was towed. Auto rust is waiting for iwyze to release funds so they can release my car to margate panel beaters. It's going to two weeks now the car is still at Auto rust iwyze has not released the payment. Please help.
