De*****ed by old mutual for 12 months

I took a life cover on the 01/03/2020 and I was told to go for medical test of which I did but when I look at my cover it mentions that I am not covered for death due to natural causes of which is what I took the policy for, I have tried calling the old mutual numbers but every consultant say I dint have a policy with old mutual while there’s a monthly debit order every month.
