Debit Order going off despite several requests to terminate contract with IWYZE

I sold my car which had been insured with IWYZE and requested IWYZE to arrange termination of the contract. They continue to take money off my bank account every month. This is a strategy they use to make money as when you are taking insurance they will call you instantly. Business dealings need to be open and honest and not take advantage of the consumer. IWYZE need to honor their part whether one is taking new insurance or terminating existing insurance.
