Debit Order

<p>Due to some unforseen errors and funds not clearing twice that was transfered to my account my debit order did not go throught. So I received an sms today to phone them to make a payment arrangement. I did that just to be told that I will be without cover till the next debit order date, they can't debit me again and I can't make an EFT payment. Very helpfull and very useless if a company can't even re-debit or allow you to make an EFT. So I will have to look at other option as this is indeed poor service.</p>
