Damage to property, no one wants to be liable.

I had a breakdown and called my insurance Iwyze for roadside assistance the 21st of January 2017

The agent informed me that the car will need to be towed by a selected company (DTL) Diverse Towing & Logistics who collected my car on a Saturday afternoon (where i signed a release for) where it spent the weekend with them before taking it to Hyundai Sandton as it was the closest for me.

Hyundai Sandon contacted me the Monday 23rd January 2017 to confirm the car was received and wanted to find out what the issue was, then later i got a call from them with a diagnosis on my car (which was a bit expensive for me, so i asked that they leave it). I then got a second call of "another" possible problem with the car which i still rejected and informed them that i will come pick up my car. As if that was not enough Hyundai Sandton called me the 3rd time to offer a service of polishing my car but i was not interested in the offer.

When i went to collect my car on the Tuesday 24th of January i found that my right rear window was shattered and Janet (from Hyundai) informed me that the towing company DTL was responsible for it.

When i contacted the towing company they told me that Hyundai was responsible for it, so i decided to speak to my insurance company Iwyze because they connected me to the 2 service providers.

Iwyze responded that i should speak to the 2 companies Hyundai Sandton and DTL as they were responsible for the whole thing (but they reffered me to them and non of them are taking liability for my window but are happy to debit my account).

I got a call from DTL explaining their side of the story and they sent through proof that they left when handing over the car to Hyundai Sandton which did not indicate they receiveing the car with a shattered window.

I called Hyundai to try and get a resolution which i didn't after leaving my details to be contacted by Janet the lady who was responsible for the car and the workshop manager who never called up to date.

How can Iwyze say i need to sort it out myself when they are the ones who orchestrated the whole "relationship", DTL tried their best to assist and sent me the delivery slip they left with the car after Hyunda's "inspection" and instead of getting a solution to who will be replacing my window i get a call from Hyundai to find out about the service they offered and if i was happy (explained my story and till today never got a phone call to a way forward.

Iwyze a dissapointing approach towards my query

Hyundai i'm still waiting to find out when i should bring my car for the replacement of my window.
