Daily Harassment Calls from iWYZE Without Consent

I am extremely frustrated with the constant phone calls I receive from iWYZE. I am being contacted every single day, sometimes multiple times a day, including late hours and even on weekends.

The biggest issue is that I never gave permission to be contacted, yet the calls continue regardless. I have repeatedly told the consultants to remove my number from their calling list, but the calls persist. It has reached a point where I have to raise my voice just to get the consultant to stop the conversation, and the next day another call comes through again.

This behaviour is completely unacceptable and feels like harassment rather than customer service.

I am formally requesting that my number be permanently removed from all iWYZE marketing and call lists with immediate effect. If the calls continue after this complaint, I will escalate the matter further through the relevant consumer and POPIA channels.

I hope iWYZE takes this seriously and resolves it immediately.
