I logged my claim on the 16/ 11 / 2022, someone bumped me at the back very seriously, i was avoiding to hit running kids crossing and apply emergency break and the vehicle behind me fails and hit me. I called my insurance and they send the tower and pick my car.. The following day i went to the police station to fetch AR report and send my insurance iwyze,. They start with claim proses. I gave them every document, the only document that i didn't give them is,, car inspection from outboys, i didn't take the car to inspection because i was out of the province, i bought this car August 2022. They assessed the car and tell me the amount,.. After all that, i received a call from them to say my claim is rejected,, i said why, then the said,, because you didn't take the car to inspection that i explained to them why, and i also give them reference that the dealer where i bought the car and purchased proof. They didn't take it.. I get another call to say, my insurance will pay towering and storage and deliver my car to my house, not fixed. Ok i went to the penal beat, my insurance send the mail to the penal beat owner to say that,, i must pay everything because my claim is rejected,,, so i dont know what to do, yesterday they took out the monthly pay even they rejected my claim.
