What an disappointment from iwyze so the lady by the name of Terry calls me today she says she's a team leader for the claims and she's requesting more things from me instead of paying me how in competent old mutual is and my question is if I didn't complain to hello Peter how would've I known about those requests, even those things that she's requesting are not the things that can hold my claim or make them not to pay me. I'm so tired of old mutual treatment and incompetence as well as the service that they render to black people.
