I was involved in a car accident on Friday and on Monday I called the insurer to log in my claim. Guess what I found, A brilliant, soft-spoken female consultant, by the name Lungile Tshabalala, Best service ever from an insurer/consultant. I hope and trust that her efforts will never go unnoticed by her superiors. What a professional service I got from this lady. My the good Lord protect her for she is extremely helpful and much needed in the upliftment of customer service in this country.
