Customer Service does not exsist

I strongly suggest no1 use this insurance. On Monday, I was on hold for almost half hour to speak to a consultant. Eventually, when I get through, I get to speak to a consultant who was half dead. Kept on caugh'n into the phone. Received a quote of R1200-00. Then transfered me to retention & they gave it to me for R944.00. Shoped around and got the better quote for R603.00. From Monday till today (Wednesday 9:11am), I am trying to get hold of them to cancel this policy. Sent an email inbetween(no assistance)...... How are these guys going to help when there is an emergency.
