Dear IWYZE Team,

It's been 4 days and I have not received any call or email response from you. Kindly advise if this matter will be attended too and when, as my yard is falling apart due to the water that is continuously coming out from the underground broken pipe that was assessed and quoted on by your plumbers.

I am still disappointed by the way you are handling my claim, as I previously stated. I am a pensioner and I do not have the R2200 excess that you claim I should now pay, where it is not stated in my contract.
