Cruelty of Iwyse

I had an accident on the 02/09/2020 I was traveling at the Hendrina road and the road is still under construction and while i was driving my vehicle bumped one of the bridge column that was on the left side of the road. There was no barricades or danger plates to show there’s objects lying on the road. It was around 19H00 and during load shedding was dark and streets lights were off to assist with a clear view. I was 100% sober and not speeding. The assessor by the name of Joe Masilela from Iwyze insurance came to the scene on 08/09/2020 and I explained what had happened gave them permission to check on tracker then the assessor said the tracker i have is and entry level, mind you they never told me what kind of tracking system I should have, I could immediately see that I was going to be treated unfairly, The assessor told me there’s guys who can get the speed i was driving by using the distance. On the 18/09/2020 Joe Masilela from Iwyze called and told me my claim was rejected because of the following reasons: speeding between 96km/h to 106km/h which he failed to prove it to me he said there’s guys who are well educated they’ll prove once i take them to Court Negligence driving, And also not caring for the vehicle. I am very disappointed and I’ve never skipped my payments with iwyze but now that I need them they put me in the corner,I’m not sure if I am being taken for granted or this is just how the company deals with their clients. They have decided for me that I don’t take care of the car, was it because I was involved in an accident ? So if you are involved in an accident at Iwyse you are labeled as a negligent driver?a person who does not care for your car?i mean I’m lost for words.I am really shattered ,disappointment is an under statement .No one wakes up to plan an accident.i am lost for words, all the decisions that were taken were just estimated, all the reasons for my claim rejection were purely based on assumptions and I have been told that I am welcome to take them to court, really? Policy number is:*** Id ***
