******, when it comes to claim payments

Logged a claim with Iwize, and they said will look at my claim history and get back to me. Now they are looking for invalid ways to reject my claim after finding that my record is clean. They are coming up with un-profound stories that are not even on the policy schedule. After year of paying them for insurance and keeping clean record they now come-up with stories. Clearly this goes to show that if you are a black person, such companies will try to take you for a ride and cheat you than to pay for a valid claim they supposed to pay out.
