******** vehicle insurance company!!!

This is the most ********** insurance company I’ve ever seen. They covered me twice for one vehicle with 2 different references and 2 different premium amounts. I’ve been trying to rectify this with them but the phone is forever dropped on my ear. I just want my money back and lock for better people because this is nonsense.
