Conned By iWyze Regarding my Insurance Claim

After acquiring insurance from iWyze, I got into an accident. Excess for my car including additional excess was R9000. I claimed from the insurance for the damage and was quoted R9600 more or less meaning I was to basically cover the damage of my car and the insurance was only going to pay R600 or so. I queried this shocking coincidence that the cost of my repairs was exactly similar to the excess meaning iwyze was running away from paying the repairs. I took my car to a BMW approved dealership and was quoted far beyond R9000 for the damages, close to R50K infact. I want an explanation from iwyze as to how they quoted R9K for this damage? How can the disparity be so different?! I want this claim paid out as I never withdrew it and I was under iwyze when I claimed!
