Conned By iWYZE

I am very frustrated and disappointed to say the least with the service delivery from Iwyze. I feel like I am being treated like a ******** for trying to process a claim. I ran into an unfortunate encounter when someone else reversed into my parked vehicle at a shopping center (I was not at fault).

I Wyze was selected my insurer of choice as it sounded very promising over the phone when marketed to me. Nowhere in the recordings (which I requested) is it mentioned that I will have to pay an additional excess of R5000. 1 excess amount was mentioned to me. The sales consultant never mentioned any additional excess. I am being conned by I Wyze. It was never an issue deducting my monthly premium, but now during my time of need, I am being treated like I am a ********. I have never missed a payment. In fact, I got a quote from a competitor and you gave me a better quote to beat my previous insurer. I really thought I would be in safe hands.

Please stop selling us dreams you cannot commit to and hide hidden clauses of such importance.

My next step would be ombudsman for short term insurance.
