Confirmation Message *Business Name:* iWYZE *Review:* Siba from policy cancelations department provided best service (4 🌟🌟🌟🌟), he helped me to cancel the policy and was able to escalate some matters to his manager so that it can be canceled immediately. Other than that I did not receive the best service from iWye claims and procurement departments, I had to take 2 hours of my time almost everyday to be on the phone with them being tossed from one person to another, I have recently got back my vehicle from the panel beater after it was there for over 6 months because iWyze and assessors wouldn't approve some things which were clearly indicated and requested on reports. It was e very disappointing experience after I had been with them for about 3 years. *Rating:* 2.5 out of 5
