Compliments to Claims Consultant

I don’t like paying insurance especially to protect my assets against others that don’t have insurance have over the past 20 years paid over R2million rands in insurance premiums and possibly claimed less than R100K over the same period so clearly I am part of the public funding the fat cat Insurance CEOs salaries that can exceed R5 million a year. Every claim experience has been daunting and difficult, because while we fund top Execs salaries, we only deal with the lowest paid staff on the cold face when it comes to claims. My last experience for a minor claim whereby neighbour tree collapsed in storm and took out power lines. I had 2 items damaged and possibly other stuff that I am unaware off. My experience with claims Iwyze consultant Matsidiso Mpini has been exemplary whereby I wish my premiums paid could actually be paid to her for doing her work so well instead of people who hold high posts that don’t even know I exist. People like Matsidiso that make the insurance companies look good, sadly are normally the lower paid staff. Sadly once again, someone many levels higher up than Matsidiso will be getting the credit for her work to get more higher bonuses from this message. Anyway this is my way to change the world by recognising people on social media that actually do the work and make it happen. Well done to this Iwyze top asset, Matsidiso Mpini.
