Since December 8th, I have been attempting to resolve my claim despite numerous broken promises and inaccurate information. I finally reached Clinton Pedro on January 18 after making countless phone calls to several consultants and a manager. Clinton was professional right away, and he showed that he was calm and determined to resolve my matter. Clinton and I had several interruptions during our talk, most frequently because of weak signal or other factors, but he continued calling back until he got his point over to me. He called my medical insurance and set up a conference call, waited till I provided him the emails, checked to see whether they arrived, escalated the issue to a management, and made a call-back to me as promised on the 19th.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Clinton for his assistance. Clinton gave an excellent example of customer service. It was such a delight to work with someone who takes his profession seriously and is passionate about it. When there are so many things going wrong all around us, Clinton, you are a valuable member of your team and I have no doubt that you will contribute wherever you go.
